Maria Dagleri is the founder of Dagleris Coaching & Training (www.dagleris.gr), based in Heraklion, Crete. She works as a consultant for small and medium-sized enterprises on issues of management, organization, personnel evaluation, and training. She is a member of the Association of Business Consultants and the European Business Association in the United Kingdom. She is also a guest speaker at Near East University in Nicosia, delivering a series of seminars on hotel marketing.

Professional Experience:

She has worked in multinational companies both in the United Kingdom and Greece (McCann, Benefit Cosmetics, Conference Aston) as well as in major hotel businesses (Grecotel, Atlantica, Mitsis Group) in the fields of sales, public relations, and human resources.

She has collaborated with significant local and multinational clients such as Red Bull, Nespresso, AGT Group, and Public.

Educational Experience:

She is a seminar instructor on topics of communication, sales, and public relations, and a certified adult educator.

Education:

BA in Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge. Master's in International Marketing from Surrey.
