SINCE JAN 2018: MARKETING CONSULTING SERVICES, CRETE

  • Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability Advisor for tourism and agri-food businesses (Region of Crete Mentor).
  • Holistic marketing and branding services promoting unique local products highlighting sustainability, cultural and gastronomical features and visitors’ experience. Recycling projects in cooperation with local craftsmen and FORTH Instit.
  • EU calls implementation contracts. Project management from start to finish as a project coordinator or team member. Processes’ monitoring and revision to meet contract requirements with service excellence.

SINCE APR 2015: CORPORATE CULTURAL GIFTING, CRETE

  • Motivated self-starter with a strategic vision identifying a niche market and introducing sustainability self-assessment.
  • Work with both e-retail channels (e-shop, ETSY etc.) and B2B creating custom proposals (conferences, seasonal, delegations)

  • Established rapport between business owners and organizations through meetings, tradeshows, VIP delegations.
  • Leverage partnerships between HCCI and Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Embassies, to create mutual beneficial partnerships.

  • Worked with R&D to launch new organic products for exports
  • Used EU funds to run promotional projects but also environmentally friendly solutions for olive mill wastes

  • Planned and implemented communications BTL campaigns including the design and direction of promotional material
  • Organised VIP service, worked on Loyalty Programs.
  • Created travel packages (flight-hotel-car rental)
  • Run the press office, planned events and worked with media.
