Treasurer Argyro N. Kampeli is the Owner and General Manager of ANEMOS Ltd, which has been active in the tourism sector in Crete since 2002, primarily focusing on residential tourism development.

Centering on the picturesque settlements in the interior of the Lasithi Prefecture, the company acquires, restores and then rents traditional houses to visitors from all over Greece and abroad, aiming to preserve the cultural heritage of indigenous Crete and diversify the tourism product.

The vision of the owners, Argyro Kampeli and Evangelos Perakis, is to provide an authentic Cretan hospitality experience and contribute to the preservation of traditional architecture in accommodations as an alternative tourism approach.

In addition, she volunteered for 20 years at the Royal Danish Consulate until 2011, alongside her husband Evangelos Perakis, who served as the Royal Danish Consul in Crete.

Argyro Kampeli is a founding member and long-time Board Member of Cretan Business Women Association, with active involvement in supporting female entrepreneurship and strengthening local businesses under female management/administration. She has attended numerous seminars and training sessions on modern business methods and tools and has participated in actions aimed at gradually overcoming the reservations and skepticism towards women entrepreneurs.
