Penelope Fanouraki is a professional in business administration with ten years of experience in Sales, Reservations, and Public Relations at luxury resorts. She specializes in guest public relations and problem- solving with strong interpersonal skills. She has a proven track record of leadership and successful design, development, and execution of projects by training organized and efficient management and operations teams for demanding, luxury enterprises.

Since 2019, she has been on the Executive Committee of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Crete as General Secretary. Also, since 2019, she has been elected as the representative of the Association in the Federation of Professionals, Craftsmen & Merchants of Heraklion Prefecture (OEBENH), where she has served on the Board of Directors as Assistant Secretary, participates in committees of various institutions in Crete (EFKA, Municipality, Region), and is currently also a representative of the Federation in GSEVEE.

Hospitality Consultant - Knossos Beach Bungalows & Suites (Heraklion, Greece) 2006 – 2012 Planned and implemented the transition of a three star all-inclusive hotel to a five star luxury hotel with private villas.

Trained hotel managers and staff on upgraded services in sales, marketing, reservations and hotel operations to address the luxury market.

Developed a public relations strategy for their new à la carte restaurant.

Responsible for the overall rebranding of the hotel (i.e. internal procedures, marketing materials).
